Authentication and presentation
Built for valuable, one-of-one pieces
Items are authenticated through LegitApp by two authenticators, with three authenticators for Hermès. We then describe category-appropriate condition, photograph the actual piece and record the inclusions that buyers expect to see.

Is delivery insured?
Eligible accepted consignments use the delivery arrangement stated in the acceptance instructions, including insurance while in transit. Follow the supplied label and packing requirements carefully.
Which designers do you accept?
Lost Designer accepts selected luxury bag, fine-jewellery and watch houses. View the complete current list on the main selling hub because acceptance can change with demand.
How should I photograph my item?
Include front, back, sides, interior, identifiers, hallmarks or reference numbers, hardware and every area of wear. Also show the box, papers, receipt, certificate, service records or other inclusions.
How is value assessed?
The team considers the exact model or reference, materials, age, condition, inclusions, comparable sales and current buyer demand.
How are items authenticated?
LegitApp authentication uses two authenticators for all categories and three for Hermès. Accepted pieces receive a physical authenticity certificate.
