Not at all. We accept watch consignments from anywhere in Australia. Once you accept your quote, we arrange fully prepaid, fully insured shipping to our boutique — completely at no cost to you. If you're in Melbourne, you're also welcome to drop off in person at our Toorak boutique. No appointment needed.

Yes. The prepaid shipping label we provide includes full insurance coverage during transit. Your watch is covered from the moment it leaves your hands until it arrives safely at our boutique.

Our pricing is based on current resale market data, recent comparable sales, the watch's condition, reference number, and current demand. We price to sell while maximising your return. You'll see your estimated sale price before you commit, and we never adjust pricing without your approval.

We have a minimum 12-week consignment period to allow adequate market exposure. If you need to withdraw your watch before this period, a $200 early release fee applies. After 12 weeks you have full flexibility — keep it listed, adjust the price, or request a return at any time.

Dealers buy at wholesale to resell at retail — meaning you leave significant money on the table. Through consignment, your watch is sold at full retail market value. You pay our commission only when it sells, and in most cases walk away with considerably more than any dealer buyout offer.

Once your watch sells and the buyer's payment has cleared, we transfer your payout directly to your nominated bank account or PayID within 1–4 business days. No delays, no surprises.

We accept watches in very good to excellent pre-owned condition. Light wear consistent with normal use is fine. Watches with significant damage, non-working movements, or missing major components may not be accepted. When in doubt, submit and we'll assess as part of the quote process.

Not required. However, original box, papers, service records, or warranty cards where available can positively impact the final sale price and buyer confidence. We assess every watch on its own merits regardless of documentation.

We accept 22 of the world's most recognised watchmakers — Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier, IWC and many more.

If a watch is found to be counterfeit following authentication, a one-time fee of $160 AUD will be charged to cover authentication and handling costs, and the item will be returned to you immediately.
