Not at all. We accept Chanel consignments from anywhere in Australia. Once you accept your quote, we arrange fully prepaid, insured shipping to our boutique — at no cost to you. If you're in Melbourne, you're welcome to drop off in person at 428E Toorak Rd, Toorak. No appointment needed.

Yes. The prepaid shipping label we provide includes full insurance coverage during transit. Your Chanel is covered from the moment it leaves your hands until it arrives at our boutique.

Chanel pricing is driven by the model, leather type (caviar vs lambskin), hardware colour (GHW, SHW, BGHW), size, condition, and current market demand. A Classic Flap Medium in Caviar GHW commands a very different price to a seasonal colour in lambskin — we understand these nuances and price accordingly to achieve the best outcome for you.

We have a minimum 12-week consignment period to allow adequate market exposure. If you need to withdraw your bag before this period, a $200 early release fee applies. After 12 weeks you have full flexibility — keep it listed, adjust the price, or request a return at any time.

Resellers buy at wholesale — meaning you lose 20–40% of market value immediately. Through consignment, your Chanel is sold at full retail resale price. You pay our commission only when it sells, and almost always walk away with considerably more than any dealer buyout offer.

Once your Chanel sells and the buyer's payment has cleared, we transfer your payout directly to your nominated bank account or PayID within 1–4 business days. No delays, no surprises.

We accept Chanel in very good to excellent pre-loved condition. Light wear consistent with use is fine — minor corner wear, light marks to hardware, light scratches to leather. Bags with significant structural damage, heavy staining, or broken hardware may not be accepted. When in doubt, submit and we'll assess as part of the quote process.

Not required. However, including the authenticity card, dustbag, box, and any original receipt where available can positively impact the sale price and buyer confidence. We assess every bag on its own merits regardless.

We accept all genuine Chanel — every model, every leather, every size. Classic Flap, Boy Bag, 2.55 Reissue, WOC, Mini Square, Coco Handle, Gabrielle, 19 Bag, 22 Bag, and more. No restrictions. We also accept bags from other luxury houses.

If a bag is found to be counterfeit following authentication, a one-time fee of $90 AUD will be charged to cover authentication and handling costs, and the item will be returned to you immediately.
