How is Graff jewellery authenticated?
Each accepted piece is reviewed by two authenticators and authenticated through LegitApp. A physical authenticity certificate is included for the buyer.
How does jewellery consignment work?
After you accept the estimate, we inspect and authenticate the piece, prepare its photography and listing, and market it to our established luxury audience. You are paid after the completed sale and settlement process.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Approved sellers can use prepaid insured shipping within Australia, and sold pieces are sent to buyers with insured delivery.
