Yes. We offer complimentary tracked Australia Post Express delivery across Australia and New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our Toorak boutique within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes. Secure your item with a 20% non-refundable deposit, then pay the remaining balance across four fortnightly instalments over eight weeks. There are no interest charges or account fees, and you can pay early.

If an item is materially not as described, contact us within seven days of delivery with photo or video evidence. If an item is proven inauthentic, we provide a full refund including return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
